The development of the project shall be divided into two phases. The first 7.8 hectares shall be developed comprising 231 saleable lots, a commercial block and lots for shop houses.
The project will offer both Lots Only and House and Lot Packages. Lot only packages shall be introduced on areas with steep slopes and with high tree density.
